Son of Colin and Jean MCPHERSON, Shepparton, Vic.
The news that Private M. W. McPherson (son of Mrs McPherson, proprietress of the Shepparton ' News,') has died from gunshot wounds, will be received with deep regret. The deceased, who was only 25 years of age, was, prior to enlisting, manager of the 'News.' He was a young man of considerable activity, and was generally a favorite.
