Howard Kingsley MENDOZA was born in Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria on 11th August, 1889
His parents were Leonard Mark MENDOZA & Hannah COHEN
He enlisted on 24th July, 1915 & embarked with the 52nd Infantry Battalion, 2nd reinforcements from Sydney on the RMS Mooltan on 12th April, 1916
