"...3669 Private Darcey Henry Howard, 26th Battalion, of Launceston, Tas. Pte Howard enlisted on 30 September 1915 and embarked aboard HMAT Kyarra on 3 January 1916. On 29 October 1917 he was killed in action at Ypres in Belgium." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
