Son of Elizabeth and James HAYNE, 526 Marrickville Road, Marrickville, NSW

Husband of Mrs Eva Hayne, 12 Dudley Street, Marrickville, New South Wales

Fletcher served in France and was wounded and gassed on 5th April 1918, and gassed on a second occasion in May 1918 and invalided to Tankerton Hospital.
