Son of William Albert Grant and Hannah (nee Robinson) Grant of Tatnawanglo, NSW; later of Wagunda via Bega, NSW
2 September 1916 - returned to Australia for discharge due to Goitre. He was operated on for Goitre but died of post operation complications
