Mr. Pittendrigh was born in Bathurst, New South Wales. He lived in New Zealand for a time, and there became a Methodist home missionary. He was transferred to Queensland in 1912 and worked at Gayndah and Pialba. After serving as a chaplain in France he returned in 1919 to Laidley circuit. He spent three years at Charters Towers, and since then has been minister of three Brisbane suburban circuits. He is now at Nundah.
