    29 Aug 1915: Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 138, 9th Infantry Battalion, ANZAC / Gallipoli, Gun shot wound to chest, trated at 16th Stationary Hospital and 24th Casualty Clearing Station, rejoined unit on 4th October 1915.
    4 Jan 1916: Embarked AIF WW1, Private, 138, 9th Infantry Battalion, Disembarked at Alexandria, Egypt ex HMT Grampian from Mudros.
