10 Feb 1917: Wounded Private, 2275, 46th Infantry Battalion, Gun Shot Wound through the chest, penetrated the abdomen. Dangerously ill. Brought to the 45th Casualty Clearing Station, transferred 11 February, 1917 to 1st/1st South Midland Casualty Clearing Station and died there that same day.
