He was 31 and the only son of Mary Ann Smith, of 3, Huxley Rd., Silver St., Edmonton, London, and the late William Smith. [Killed in 1913 whilst working on the S.S.Kohistan.]
He is remembered on the family grave in the churchyard of St. Mary Magdalene East Ham, East London, England.
