7987 Private Charles Walter Forster, 12th Battalion. A coachbuilder of Hobart, Tasmania, he enlisted on 10 January 1918 and embarked on the HMAT Nestor with the 27th Reinforcements. He was killed in action at Jeancourt, France on 23 September 1918, aged 20.
