Son of Dorus Marinus Zevenboom and Margaret Zevenboom nee Graham of Evalina Road, Toorak, Victoria. Brother of Dora Isabel Zevenboom, John George Zevenboom, Susan Bray Zevenboom and Josine Zevenboom
4 November 1915 - commenced return to Australia for discharge on board HS Karoola with multiple shrapnel wounds to the head, left shoulder and foot disembarking on 4 December 1915
