Son of Patrick and Julia GAFFNEY
The sad news reached Lismore last week of the death of poor Michael Gaffney, son of Mr. and Mrs. Pat. Gaffney, of Dunoon. He was reported as missing in October last, but is now recorded as killed in action. He was a fine Catholic lad, of pious Catholic parents, and he has a brother, Peter, still in the firing line in France. — R..I.P.
