1 Sep 1967: Embarked Commercial flights from Sydney to Darwin to Singapore to Saigon. Then to Vung Tau.
1 Oct 1967: Involvement Private, 8th Field Ambulance, Vietnam, Worked as hospital orderly, then as lab technician screening blood for malaria, testing for VD, matching blood types. Carried wounded soldiers from helicopters to operating theatre.
