Craftsman Menhennett’s served as a National Serviceman (4th Intake) in Vietnam and finished up a year’s tour in Vietnam on 18th March 1969. He was then was enrolled at Adelaide High School on 5 May 1969, very soon after. He did 4th year (1969) and 5th year (1970). During his National Service in Vietnam, Robert Menhennett, of the Royal Corps of Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers [RAEME], was posted to the Headquarters of the 1st Australian Task Force and then the 106 Field Workshop
