Morris Charles BLYTH was born in Bellerive, Tasmania in 1895

His parents were Arthur Tabrum BLYTH & Rosina CAVEY

He enlisted in Claremont, Tasmania on 31st July, 1915 with the 12th Infantry Battalion

Morris was Killed in Action in France on 20th June, 1916 and is buried in the Rue-Petilion Military Cemetery

His brother Mervyn Stafford BLYTH (SN986) was also Killed in Action in WW1 on 23rd December, 1916 during the battle of Magdhaba in Egypt
