Ordinary Telegraphist Charles Sumner Watkins, 24, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. P. Watkins. of Good wood Park. He entered the R.A.N in Septemebr. .1940. and. was married last September, shortly before joining the Perth. Educated at the Westbourne Park School, he is a keen footballer and swimmer
