Son of William Charles and Jeanie Fripp, Dora Street, Hurstville, Sydney, New South Wales
Of 3rd Battalion, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Fripp, Dora Street, Hurstville, killed in action in France on April 14. Enlisted July, 1916. Employed before enlisting by Messrs. Walters and Middleton, Hurstville. Private Fripp was 22 years of age, and well-known in local tennis, cricket and surfing circles.
FRIPP— In loving memory of our dear son and brother, Private Cecil Charles Fripp (3rd Battalion), killed in action at Strazeele, Fraute, April 14, 1918.
