Reginald Washington McMINN was born in Rockdale, Sydney in 1894

His parents were Reginald Charles McMINN & Ellen Pauline BUCKLEY who married in Sydney in 1895

His brother Francis McMINN (SN 1562) served during WW1 with the 7th Light Horse Regiment and returned to Australia in 1919
