Able Seaman Neale Edwin Jeffery, 25, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Jeffery, Herbert street, Plympton Park. Educated at Plympton School and Goodwood Central School, he  was in the furniture trade before entering the R.A.N. early last year. In civilian days he was a tennis and swimming enthusiast, and a member of the Birkalla Rovers Soccer Club.
