Son of Julius Bruno and Frieda Anna Scheadel, of Renmark, South Australia.
HIS DUTY NOBLY DONE. EVER REMEMBERED
Flt.-Sgt. Garnet Keith Scheadel, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Scheadel of Renmark, is reported missing in air operations over Europe. Flt-Sgt. Scheadel was born at Angaston on August 4, 1924, and was educated at the Loxton H.P. School. He enlisted in the RAAF in 1942, and was called up in November of that year. He left for overseas in November 1943 He was a keen sportsman, playing tennis, cricket and football.
