Warrant Officer Keightley 416968 of 146 Squadron RAF (Air Command South East Asia) was killed when Thunderbolt KJ321 crashed near Pyu, Burma during air operations from India

The casualty file held by the NAA for Sergeant Connor 400526 RAAF contains two messages referring to the post-war grave marking for Warrant Officer Keightley in Rangoon cemetery, otherwise the file concerns a different aircraft incident
