Mr. Alfred John Terry died very suddenly at his parents' residence at Scottsdale on Tuesday afternoon. Deceased, who was 31 years of age, was an ex-soldier who had been badly gassed in France, and was under treatment from the Repatriation Hospital, Hobart, in which institution he has been an inmate off and on since his return from the war. He had been out walking during the day, and after arrving home suddenly collapsed, and died about an hour afterwards. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon, the service at the graveside being conducted by Rev.
