Clement Francis Oscar RICHTER was born in Tarrawatta, Angaston, South Australia on 30th September, 1919

His parents were Oscar RICHTER & Agnes Matilda HARRISON

He enlisted with the RAAF on 3rd February, 1942 in Adelaide & was discharged on 30th October, 1946 as a Corporal with the 3 Air Observer School

He married Roma Jean VIVIAN in Angaston on 21st June 1940 - Roma died on 9th October, 2018 aged 100 years

Clement died in the Tanunda War Memorial Hospital on 22nd April, 2005 and is buried in Angaston Cemetery along with his wife Roma
