LAC McPherson 430391 and LAC McKenzie 36216 were killed in the loss of Bolingbroke Mk 4 Training aircraft of Number 2 Bomb Aiming and Gunnery School RCAF near Mossbank, Saskatchewan, Canada during a routine gunnery exercise. The duty Pilot saw the aircraft spinning at approximately 1000 feet and it spun all the way down hitting the ground.
