Kirkland, William Bruce, M.B., B.S., D.T.M., Chief Quarantine Officer (General) for Northern Territory since April 1, 1939; also Chief M.O. for N.T.; after suspension civil administration Darwin in March, 1942, following war with Japan, served with military forces North Aust.
