Husband of Ruby Barbara Quinn nee Konig of Herbert Street, Dulwich Hill, NSW. Cecil and Ruby married during 1915c in Marrickville, NSW

Commenced return to Australia on 27 August 1917 aboard New Zealand disembarking on 24 October 1917
