25 Sept 1915: Wounded, Gallipoli Peninsula. Initially taken to the 7th Field Ambulance on the peninsula then to No. 16 Casualty Clearing Station.
26 Sept 1915: Transferred to hospital ship H.S. Gascon.
11 Oct 1915: Admitted to General Hospital Gibraltar.
13 Oct 1915: Died of wounds.
