"...289 Private Jack Keith Bradley, 12th Battalion, of Launceston, Tas. A tailor prior to enlistment, Pte Bradley embarked on HMAT Geelong from Hobart on 20th October 1914. Originally reported as missing in action, he was later confirmed as being killed in action on 25th April 1915. His body was later located and exhumed from its temporary grave and re-interred in the Shell Green Cemetery." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
