10 Oct 1919: | Honoured Military Medal, 'During the attack east of MONT ST. QUENTIN near PERONNE on 2nd September 1918, while advancing on the enemy positions, this N.C.O. met with very heavy machine gun fire. he bravely continued to advance, and finally single handed, rushed the enemy position, bombing and killing the crew.
