MR. G. AINSCOUGH APPOINTED STATIONMASTER

Mr. G. Ainscough, formerly of Pinnaroo, station clerk at Pirie Junction, will leave there for Yinkanie, where he will take his first position as stationmaster. Mr. Ainscough went from Tailem Bend to open the junction ticket office in   July last. He joined the service in 1922, working in a gang at Karoonda. He was a porter at Wanbi and a clerk at Tailem Bend, Pinnaroo and Mount Gambier. His family will leave Tailem Bend to join him at his new post.
