Biography contributed by Faithe Jones

Son of Mr and Mrs A.E.E. MOORE of 341 Halifax Street, Adelaide.  Terence was a twin brother of Private D.W. Moore and educated at the Wallaroo Public School.  Fond of all sport, he played football and cricket and was keen on swimming.  He worked at Simpson and Sons for several years and was doing lathe and drill work when he was called up in October 1941.  Terence was drafted to the Garrison at Fort Largs.
