Biography

Gunner Clarence John Morgan 147th Bty. 108th Aust. L/T AA Reg AIF. of Port Pirie Aged 22. Son of Mrs Lena Margaret and the late William Stephen Morgan of 131 Little Gertrude Street Port Pirie. Educated at St Mark's School Port Pirie. Interested in all outdoor sports. In civil life was employed at St Vincent's Hotel, Glenelg. Enlisted in January 1941 in 2nd AIF. His brother Francis, AIF was killed at Kingaroy, Queensland on 15th June 1943.
