Edgar Lionel ALDENHOVEN was born on 30th June 1910, Yorketown, South Australia

His parents were Edmund Julius ALDENHOVEN and Martha PAGE

He married Elvera Elizabeth May SHADDOCK on 29th June 1936 in the Methodist Parsonage, Berri, SA

Edgar died of Illness on 12th December, 1942 aged 32 years

His last posting was the Australian Army Personnel Depot, AIF General Details Dep.

He is buried in Centennial Park War Cemetery in Adelaide and is also commemorated on the Berri (Wade St) Memorial, The Roll of Honour in Barmera, SA, and the Australian War Memorial
