Son of Mr and Mrs Thomas Percival CLARKE, of Black Rock, SA.

Husband of Norma Lorraine CLARKE, Jamestown, SA

Thomas was married with two children and residing at Warnertown, Port Pirie, aged 20 years when he enlisted in WW2.  Educated at Warnertown and Port Pirie Public Schools he took a keen interest in bike riding.  In civilian life he worked with the South Australian Railways Department.  Enlisting in January 1942 he was a Despatch Rider serving in Australia.  His father served in the Great War at Gallipoli and France and was wounded three times.
