Next of kin given as his brother Robert Logan of Mapleton, QLD. Robert  later enlisted and died of wounds on 4 August 1916 while serving with the 7th Field Ambulance and was buried in the Albert Communal Cemetery Extension. Plot 1, Row M, Grave 44
