Mrs. E. J. Goldner, of Prince George parade, Colonel Light Gardens, who is the mother of six sons in the fighting services, received advice this week that one
of them, Pte. Kenneth Goldner, had been wounded in action in the
Middle East. He enlisted in the A.I.F. early last year, and left for overseas in
March that year. Mr. and Mrs. Goldner's other sons are Ted, Max, Jack, and Geoffrey, all privates in the A.I.F., and Eric, who is a corporal in the R.A.A.F.
In addition 15-year-old Robert is an A.R.P. messenger and 18-year-old Kathleen is a V.S.D.
