Adopted son of C P and the late A G WALLACE, of 163 Glen Osmond Road, Frewville, SA.  Educated at Smoky Bay Eyre Peninsula, Gordon was a farmer in civilian life and was hardworking and well liked.  He enlisted in March 1941.  Was engaged to Miss Olive SANDO of Croydon, SA.
