Charles (known as Murray) worked for SA Theatres as a projectionist prior to his enlistment.
He was survived by his wife Betty, mother Sarah, brothers Andrew, Sargeant Ronald Clark(RAAF),Wesley, Sargeant John(Clem) Clark(RAAF), sisters Thelma Cordon and Edna Canton.
Advice has been received that Cpl. Charles Murray Clark, of St. Peters, died of illness in Burma on October 4, 1943, while a prisoner of war. Two brothers, Eton and Clem, are members of
the RAAF.
