29 Oct 1943: Imprisoned Frank Henry Foote died in a Thai POW. The court of Inquiry held by senior POW officers within the Camp recorded their findings. The Court of inquiry reports that the disease was due to the conditions of service, was not due to neglect, misconduct, carelessness or failure to obey regulations, cause of death was cerebral malaria, and myocardial failure. The deceased died at 1630. 29. 10. 1943. SX9623 Private H.F Foote 2/2 Reserve M.T Coy. was buried at 105 Kilo Camp Angenaung Cemetery Grave 39.
