Private Casualty Advices

Mrs. A. Leschke, of Government   road, Croydon, has received official advice that her husband, Pte. Walter W. Leschke, 8th Division Salvage Unit, previously reported missing when a transport carrying POW was torpedoed on September 12, 1944, is now presumed to have lost his life.
