He was 22 and the son of Dugald and Barbara McIntyre, of 82, Houston St., Glasgow, Scotland.
He is remembered on the Campbeltown war memorial, a tall tower built of rustic stone blocks with a Celtic Cross set into the main face in raised grey granite blocks.
There are 5 Australian casualties here and 9 from New Zealand.
