Son of Patrick Thomas Duffy and Lucy Ellen Duffy, of Henley Beach, South Australia.

Mrs. T. Tracey. of Military road, Henley Beach, has been advised that her brother. Pte. Michael Duffy, 32,  was killed in action in New Guinea on December 22. He was the fifth son of  Mr. and Mrs. P. T. Duffy, formerly of Pekina. Pte. Duffy served in England, Tobruk and Syria before going to New Guinea. He was formerly employed by the BHP at Whyalla.
