Son of Carl Albert Joseph Wirth and Mabel Victoria Renshaw, Mabel died in 1916.

Brother of Ernest Albert Wirth, Keith Wirth and Kathleen Wirth, the last two were twins.

Half brother to Allan Gordon Writh, Gwenyth Emilsy Wirth and Edward Herbert Wirth.
