Son of Sir Richard Chaffey BAKER and Edith Katherine nee COLLEY

In WWI he was a Lieutenant with the Royal Army Service Corps.

The Baker Scholarship in Law at the Adelaide University was established by a gift from Robert Colley Baker, in memory of his father, the Honourable Sir Richard Chaffey Baker and his brother, John Richard Baker to support two students undertaking postgraduate studies in Law.
