Jack Avon ALEY was born on 6th February, 1908 in Boulder, Western Australia

His parents were Harry John ALEY & Margaret Watson FERGUSON

He married Dorothy Margaret LYONS in WA in 1942

Jack served with the Royal Australian Navy on the HMAS Leeuwin, HMS Moreton Bay and his last rank was Chief  Petty Officer, Shipwright on the HMAS Penguin

He was discharged on 24th October, 1944 and died of Illness at his home in 108 South Street, Beaconsfield, WA on 26th January, 1946 and is buried in the Fremantle Cemetery
