My Grand Uncle

This is my Grand Uncle who i was named after by my late father out of respect for his Uncle.
Gerald Mavor Bell was from Bangor Co Down in Northern Ireland. He was born in 1906 and left Northern Ireland in 1923 sailing to Australia.
He settled in New South Wales however very little is known about his life there before he joined the A.I.Fin 1941.
