Son of Moses William BLACKBURN, 16 Cowderoy Street, St. Kilda, Vic.
Two airmen were killed during a training flight on Tuesday, when an aircraft from a RAAF station in NSW crashed into the Hawkesbury river near Windsor, after hitting some telephone wires. They were Flight Sgt Edwin Bay Basset, aged 21, single, of Oaklelgh' (Vic.), pilot; and Sgt Allan Martin Blackburn, aged 21. single, of St. Kilda. The aircraft was totally destroyed.
