Son of Justus Paul and Emma Margaret Buchholz, of Monto, Queensland.

Corporal Charles John Buchholz 25109 from Number 1 Flying Boat Repair Depot was killed in a motorcycle accident at Lake Boga (his death is mentioned in the book “Lake Boga at War” by Brett Freeman)
