LOVINGLY REMEMBERED
BUNDAMBA AND IPSWICH AIRMEN IN CASUALTY LIST MIELBOURNE, January 30.— The latest R.A.A.F. casualty list states that Sergt C. R. Buckeridge, of Bundamba, who was previously reported missing, is now presumed to be dead.
His name appears on the Roll of Honour Bundama
Biography
Plane was Lancasster LV 160 of 640 Squadron. Aircarft was hit and a crew member was heard to say that they 'could not open escape hatch' and the plane exploded.
