Ignatius Alexander Francis Fabian CARR was born in Peak Hill, NSW on 23rd November, 1906

His parents were Henry CARR & Ann Caroline SMITH who married in Peak Hill in 1893

He was taken as a Prisoner of War on 26th March, 1942 and died from dysentry in the Thai Camp on 12th June 1943
